The space
This spacious 3 bedroom/2 bathroom colonial style home is located on Calle Santa Lucia just a few blocks away from all that Granada offers!

The property opens up into the charming living room with high ceilings, then flows into the kitchen/dining area. These areas receive airflow and are not air conditioned.

Beyond the dining area, access the courtyard as you walk down the corridor that leads to the 3 air-conditioned bedrooms. The first and second bedrooms have an internal door that connects them. This can be locked or remain open according to guest’s choice. The two rooms do share a bathroom which is accessible only from bedroom 2. The 3rd bedroom is the master bedroom which has its own gorgeous en-suite bathroom. Each room is decorated with artwork from Masaya and the beds are all handcrafted locally.

Continuing beyond the bedrooms you’ll find a storage room that contains a washing machine. There is no dryer but near the pool are lines to sun-dry your clothes.
