•Third party bookings are prohibited (booking for other people)
✔️Please remove shoes at the door
✔️ No pets
✔️No smoking inside or at the front of the property. We will allow smoking on the back porch, AS LONG AS any cigarette butts are discarded properly. If butts are discovered after checkout, a cleaning fee $200 applies (separate from standard cleaning and/or house rules violation fee)
✔️No unregistered guests allowed
✔️No events/parties (reservation will be canceled immediately, without a refund, & the violation fine will be accessed, plus any additional fees associated with party damages or loss of revenue from the party.)
✔️Loss/failure to return the gate opener subject to replacement fee of $150
✔️Please respect check-in & check-out times
✔️Please respect the property's quiet hours (10pm-7am)
✔️Gated parking is provided. Street parking is also available. Please be sure to observe any city ordinances and/or signs. We will not reimburse any parking or towing fees! So please do not park illegally!
✔️We have a security camera on the exterior of the property, that records 24/7… for security and safety. Do not tamper with the doorbell camera; if the doorbell camera is removed or tampered with, a fee of $250 will be accessed, plus any damages to the equipment.
✔️ Wynd Sentry Smoke and Noise Detection:
For the safety and security of our guests, we have installed the Wynd Sentry system, which includes smoke and noise detection technology. This ensures a quick response in case of any smoke-related emergencies or excessive noise disturbances. Please be mindful of this system and avoid activities that may trigger false alarms or disrupt other quests' experience.
✔️If you have to be removed from the property for any reason, a service fee of $150 applies, in addition to any other applicable fees.

If extra guests, who are not listed on your reservation stay overnight, the reservation will be updated, and you will be charged accordingly.

***The gate is automatic (with the opener). So please do not try to manually open close it. Doing so, will cause it to malfunction. If the gate is manually operated & broken, a repair fee will apply***

***$500 fine applies for violation to any of the house rules, as well as the risk of immediate cancellation of reservation, without refund***
