As you step inside the condo, you'll find a thoughtfully designed and beautifully furnished space. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a King-sized bed, while Bedrooms 2 and 3 offer two Queen beds each, accommodating a total of 10 guests-6 adults max. We prioritize cleanliness, so you can rest assured that all bedding is washed in industrial machines at high temperatures for a safe and clean stay.

The Horizon accommodation complex provides exceptional amenities for our guests. Take a moment to relax and rejuvenate in the shared hot tub and dry sauna, perfect for unwinding and soothing your muscles after a day of adventure. En entrant dans le condo, vous découvrirez un espace bien conçu et magnifiquement meublé. La chambre 1 est meublée d'un lit King, tandis que les chambres 2 et 3 offrent deux lits Queen chacune, pour un total de 10 personnes-6 adultes maximum. La propreté étant notre priorité, vous pouvez être assuré que toute notre literie hotelière est lavée dans des machines industrielles à haute température pour un séjour sûr et propre.

Le complexe d'hébergement Horizon offre des équipements exceptionnels à ses clients ainsi qu’une cuisine complète. Prenez le temps de vous détendre et de vous ressourcer dans le bain à remous commun et le sauna sec, parfaits pour se détendre et apaiser les muscles après une journée d'aventure. 1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The Management Company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered at the time of booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon with The Management Company.

2) The person booking the property must be 25 years of age or older and be always present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.

3) The Renter agrees to leave the property and surrender the keys/parking passes upon check-out. Any items not returned will result in forfeiture of appropriate portions of the damage deposit. Replacing each fob or pass will be 100 CAD.

4) The Renter agrees to remove all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles upon their departure, this includes all alcohol bottles. A breach of this policy will result in a forfeiture of 150 CAD retained from the damage deposit.

5) The Renter agrees to not smoke anywhere on the property. A breach of this policy will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit in full.

6) A cleaning charge is taken at the time of booking. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds, and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered required due to beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from the damage deposit at an hourly rate.

7) The Management Company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond its control.

8) If property damage occurs the Management Company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion to compensate the owner for costs incurred to repair or replace to like kind and quality.

9) The Renter hereby agrees and acquiesces to entry by the Management Company, the OPP or the Town’s Licensing Bylaw Officers because of noise violation, occupancy violation or any other reasonable purpose.

10) The Management Company will not be liable for any injury, illness or death of the Renter, his/her guests, visitors, or any other persons that are injured as a result of the renters occupancy or actions.

11) The Renter agrees not to sublease or assign the property without written permission from the Management Company.

12) The Renter agrees not to order any services or material on behalf of the Management Company. This will result in a partial or full forfeiture of the damage deposit.

13) The Renter agrees not to engage in any unlawful or irresponsible activities or behaviour during their rental period that may result in injury or damage to himself/herself, his/her co-renters, or any other persons on the property. Engaging in such activities could result in eviction without refund.

14) The Management Company hereby undertakes to exert their best effort to address and resolve any emergencies that occur during the rental period of the renter in a timely fashion that limits any inconvenience to the renter. If the emergency is not caused by the renter and it cannot be remedied in a timely fashion and the property cannot be used in an acceptable manner resulting in the renter vacating the property, then the Management Company agrees to refund all or part of the rental cost. Alternatively, the Management Company shall exert their best effort to provide a comparable property for use by the renter for the remaining duration of the rental period. The Management Company will not compensate the renter by paying for alternate accommodation.

15) The Renter hereby agrees to not emanate ANY noise that will disturb any neighboring people or property, at any time. The renter is accountable for any fines or levies placed on The Management Company or other, during stay, caused by excessive noise or any other prohibited act.

16) The Renter has read, acknowledged, and will abide by the below By-laws. The penalty for contravening any provision in this by-law is 650 CAD and will result in the loss of the renter’s damage deposit in its entirety. This is in addition to bearing responsibility for payment in full of any fines issued.

Classy place
Kitchen was stocked with all the appliances and dishes you would ever need. Very modern place. Due to not much snow this winter, it wasn't exactly ski in/ski out, but that's not the unit's fault. Great ski lockers and access to trail when there is sufficient snow. We used hot tub every day. Loved the parking garage with 2 spots just for us.
