There is also a door from the kitchen to the upstairs balcony.

There is access to the lower level with a private door and the second floor with a smart key. The yard has a gate, that can be closed when cars are inside.

We are local and will be as involved as our guests like. We will check in periodically and are here if/when needed.

This fabulous neighborhood is located right next to the Seawall and many fun activities and lots of great restaurants within walking distance. The Strand is a few minutes drive away. Centrally located and close to everything!
