Great place!
I took 8 teenage boys and 4 adults. There was plenty of space for everyone! The kitchen and living room was great for cooking and visiting. The master bathroom was beautiful! And location was perfect…two minute walk to the park, Fish Tales, ChicFil-A, Pleasure Pier. And the patios were ideal for coffee or cocktails. We’ll definitely be back.
Nice ocean views. I wished the house had more bathrooms than 2 full size bathrooms when you have 16 people in one house. Maybe another dining or breakfast table for a party of 10 or more. Other than that it was great. I wish they had a later check out policy

This home is in a great location with plenty things at a walking distance! Only thing I would say is parking is a pain if you have more than 2 vehicles. There is no parking available on the road during the day. It seems like many of the workers from the pier and business near by take the parking right by the house.

Nice location but needs a better property mgr
The home is in a wonderful location and can sleep your entire party comfortably and more. The privacy of the rooms and the fun bunk bed area was awesome. However, the property was dirty (mainly the floor). There was leftover hair from a prior guest laying, broken doors in one bedroom, missing tv remote in the main area, a light hanging in the master shower and a broken bed frame downstairs. We could not access the outside to enjoy the yard with the family (would have been nice) due to the yard having exposed large screws. Finally the front door key-pad was low on battery and we were concerned about not being able to access the lock. We called the property manager and spoke to them and they assured me the local team would come. They did not arrive and we had to leave a window unlocked to make sure we could get in. Not something we wanted to worry about on our trip. Overall great location and a house that could be enjoyable if it is taken care of better.

Mardi Gras Galveston
I'll say this first, we LOVED this house for Mardi Gras, it was perfect! It was on the parade route, and the kiddos all could stand on the balcony upstairs and catch beads. The down falls were: the house wasn't clean when we arrived, and trash bags full of trash were on the front porch. There were very few dishes to use and even fewer cooking tools - pots, pans, cookie sheets, etc. There were not many towels either so we ended up doing quite a bit of laundry - fortunately that worked! The app didn't share the wifi information, but we found it. The app also didn't share how to open the side door to go outside which was dangerous for kiddos with big screws sticking up out of the ground. Communication with VACASA was pretty terrible - the front door batteries were going out and when I notified them of this - they said they'd take care of it and never did. We left a window unlocked just in case we couldn't get in, fortunately because a couple times we couldn't. We loved the house for the location for Mardi Gras and proximity to the Pleasure Pier! So we'd stay here again BUT bring our own towels and cooking supplies.
