Welcome to Killiney Cottage!

Looking for a retreat in the Okanagan? Our charming 2-bedroom + Loft cottage is perfect for both winter and summer escapes. Cozy up by the outdoor fire and roast marshmallows with the kids. Inside, stay warm with in-room heating and an optional wood stove during winter. In summer, enjoy the spacious deck, BBQ, and stunning views.

Bring your pets—they'll have just as much fun as you! Located just 40 minutes from Kelowna and 30 minutes from Vernon, it's the perfect getaway any time of year.

The cottage features 2 bedrooms and a loft, comfortably accommodating up to 7-8 guests. The master bedroom has a King bed, the second bedroom includes a Queen bed and an upper twin bunk, and the loft offers a Queen bed (accessible by steep stairs).

Outdoor Space:
Our spacious driveway has ample parking for multiple vehicles, an RV, and even a boat. The acre-large, fenced yard is perfect for kids to play, featuring a trampoline and a climbing structure. Enjoy evenings around the large fire pit area, and relax in the wood-fired sauna after a day of adventure.

- Wood onsite available for $5 for 6 pieces (cash or e-transfer).
- Increased guest capacity to 8 (families may need to bring an air mattress or similar).

Private getaway

My wife and I loved the location. The deck and fully fenced yard are very private. Beautiful views and perfect for people with dogs. Nature/bird lovers will really enjoy this spot.

It is so peaceful and quiet. You won’t see neighbours unless they walk by and want to say hello! Sitting on the deck listening to the birds sing is one of my favourite moment.

It is a custom post and beam home. Over the years we did many renovations but always tried to keep the charm. The cottage sits on one acre that is fenced so it’s perfect for families and dogs!
