Relax with the whole family in this beautiful & comfortable 4 bd 3 full ba beach house in the peaceful & safe Las Conchas w/ 24 hr security patrol. You’ll be less then 100 steps to the beach from your front door. Enjoy the ocean views, sounds of the waves & sky full of stars from the upstairs patio. There is a great neighborhood market across the street, behind the house. 7 min drive to Mannys,10 min to Malecon/Old Port, 14 mins to Sandy Beach, 20 mins to Wrecked at the Reef.
Sorry NO pets and NO events/parties. **House rules, please review prior to booking** *No parties or events of any type are allowed.
*No smoking allowed.
*No pets allowed. (We love pets however we have a toddler that is extremely allergic. It is not worth the risk for him.)
*Please watch children carefully. Especially on upstairs patio.
*Do not flush anything besides toilet paper down toilets. Also, do not use much toilet paper at one time. You have to remember you are in Mexico, the plumbing is delicate.
*No unregistered guests allowed.
*Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
*Please respect the noise curfew. We have wonderful neighbors. If security is called to the home due to complaints there will be a fee to renters.
*Please turn up the AC when you go out of the home.
*Please do not leave doors or windows open. The AC units will not be able to keep up with the heat and humidity.
*Please respect check-in (3pm) and check-out (11 am) times.
*Please take care of the furnishings. You will have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
*Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
*Please clean your dishes prior to check out and return them dry to their proper location.
*Please take the trash out before you leave.
The blue barrels on the corner by the road are trash receptacles. (They have 7 76 painted on them)
*No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
