About this property

We have had this unit in our family for many years. And it is everyone's favorite because the rooms are spacious, the layout of the bathrooms and bedrooms is convenient and flexible, and it is SO CLOSE TO EVERYTHING!

This is the perfect oceanfront vacation rental in one of the premier locations in North Myrtle Beach, in the Cherry Grove Beach section. Because Springs Towers offers spacious, yet affordable three bedroom, two bathroom, oceanfront condominiums overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

Our unit has been completely renovated in 2011! It is uniquely decorated in a tropical theme and completely furnished with full sized appliances in the kitchen, stack washer and dryer, and an oversized balcony with entrances from the living room and master bedroom. An oceanfront pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, and fitness room are available for guests leisure. Onsite and covered parking across the street are accessible to Springs Towers guests. Keyed entry to the main building door for privacy!

Cherry Grove Springs Towers is within walking distance to beach shops, miniature golf, arcades, restaurants, ice cream parlor, Boulineaus IGA Store, and the Cherry Grove Pier. Springs Towers is far enough away from the crowds to be able to enjoy the uncrowned beaches, but is just minutes away from all of the entertainment shopping dining and golf Myrtle Beach has to offer. It's the perfect place for your next family vacation!

First Time in North Myrtle

Our first family vacation in North Myrtle Beach and it was excellent. Spring Towers was fantastic, very clean and well maintained. Our condo was excellent and had everything we needed. Close to groceries, restaurants and food, and adult beverages. Thank you for the excellent vacation.

Excellent condo and location!

We absolutely loved this condo and it’s location! The condo was clean, roomy and had a fully stocked kitchen! The location was perfect, right next to a beachfront restaurant and the grocery store a block down! We definitely enjoyed the pool and the private walk to the beach. The Cherry Grove pier is not too far down the beach and there was even the Aloha water sports company directly next to us! Lacey was great and even met us on arrival to give a parking pass and a brief tour and instructions. Will definitely stay here again!

Had a great time in this condo. Very clean and close to everything. Had everything we needed. If any down fall the couch was uncomfortable and the need for new deck furniture , These were small inconveniences that I noticed. We would definitely stay here again! We had such a wonderful time.

Great condo!

The condo was well maintained and was exactly as advertised. The property and surroundings were well maintained. The kids loved the pool! The only possible downside was the area. It was very busy and the sidewalks were very narrow.

Owned since the mid 90s, recently the building underwent a facelift in 2010 and just after that we did an interior renovation on the unit. New kitchen cabinets, new countertops, new shower, new floors and new interior paint make our unit one of the nicest in Springs Towers.

Why they chose this property

The location is fabulous, you can park your car and walk nearly everywhere. The grocery store is just across the street and there are several restaurants within just a few blocks. If you need a hardware item, Ace Hardware is only a block away and next door is Murphy's on the Beach for afternoon entertainment. Local shopping, museums, aquariums, mini putt-putt, and golf courses round out the compliment of attractions and entertainment.

What makes this property unique

One level living is what is best about this unit. It has two elevators for easy access and then the unit is all one level so no stairs or climbing. It is on the third floor so it is high enough to have a good view, but not too high to watch the action below. The step in shower is great for ease of access and we still have a large garden tub for those bath lovers. The beach is just steps away and accessed via walkway with showers for easy clean ups. You will enjoy your stay here this summer and many summers to come!
