Welcome to Brigantine!
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.

As you walk through the front door, you are greeted by an elegant yet comfortable open floor plan with soothing colors throughout the home.
Upon your entry is the living room with a couch and a HDTV Smart Roku TV. Wireless high speed internet service is available throughout the home.
Ahead of you, there is a bright eat-in kitchen for eight with access to the back deck through a large sliding glass door. Enjoy some fresh waffles and hot coffee while watching the morning sun come up.
Off the living room is the master bedroom which offers a king bed, reading nook, and dresser.
The full size bathroom comes with marble accents, soaking tub and shower is in the hallway off the three back bedrooms
The second bedroom has a two single beds, closet.
The third bedroom has a twin/full bunk bed, closet.
The fourth bedroom has a king size bed, closet, dresser.
Last but not least, the fenced in back yard is perfect for relaxing in the pool and BBQing with friends and family. Roast some marshmallows while sitting around and enjoying the flicker of the warm fire pit. With an outdoor shower to rinse off your sandy toes the backyard is the best place to unwind after a day at the beach.

Note: Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend Minimum seven (7) night stay from Saturday to Saturday.
Guest access
The entire home is available for our guests. Parking for 2 medium sized cars in driveway. Please be careful backing out there is a dip There is also street parking available.
Other things to note
**You must be at least 25 years of age to reserve the house **

Trash day is Monday morning and we have a trash valet from May 30th thru Sept 30th. ACUA workers will be coming into the backyard to get the trash and recycling bins between 7-9 AM. We do have monitored security cameras in the backyard, side and front of house for added safety.

No Smoking inside the house, including cigarettes, cigars and marijuana. Marijuana may be legal in the state of NJ, however this is our family home so please be respectful and do not bring that onto the property. Any evidence of smoke or stains in the home will incur extra cleaning fees up to $500 depending on the level of cleaning needed to clear the air, stains or other damage.

We will do our best to reunite forgotten property with our guests, but we are not responsible for any personal items left behind.
