The location can't be beat. The home is situated halfway between both the 5 and 99 freeways so there is easy access to both. Within 5 min of the home there are multiple dining establishments, CVS, Trader Joes, Safeway, Califresh Halal market, Podesto's Italian market & deli, Chevron Gas, Bank of America and Chase Bank. There are also several food trucks lined up and down Pacific Ave. Within another 10-15 minutes of the house you will have access to Wal Mart, Target, Sherwood Shopping Mall, San Joaquin Delta College and numerous dining options: Italian, Chinese, Thai, Mexican, Mediterranean, American, Japanese, Mongolian, seafood, and so much more.

This is an older, working class neighborhood but peaceful and quiet with most neighbors neatly maintaining their homes and yards. One of our next door neighbors is not as attentive but the rest of the neighbors are conscientious of their yard maintenance.
