Renovated historical cottage, great location to all of Acadiana attractions
Newly renovated early 1900's cottage in historic Washington, La. (3rd oldest settlement in Louisiana).
Safe neighborhood, off street parking, easy access to interstate (25 minutes to Lafayette, La)
Walking distance to convenience stores and local markets, local restaurants and bakery, drug store, and antique shops.
Discover the town's history with Historic Walking Tours map and visit antebellum cemeteries.
Lovely bicycle route.
The back porch and patio provide a lovely view of the historic Immaculate Conception Church with it's lovely church bells chiming.
A front porch swing affords enjoyment of ancient oaks and the possible visit with friendly neighbors.
Enjoy interesting day trips to many of Acadiana festivals or events.
Upon request a local chef will prepare a real Cajun gumbo or Jambalaya for you and/or a local home may prepare a breakfast.
