As you enter this air-conditioned lake home, you will discover an ample and bright open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, wooden accents throughout, and plenty of space to unwind and create everlasting memories with your loved ones. A welcoming living area invites you to relax and spend a tranquil time streaming your favorite series and movies on the smart TV or you can break out any of the board games provided for an entertaining time with your friends. If you are visiting during the winter months, the gas fireplace will keep you nice and toasty in the blink of an eye. Prepare tasty treats and homemade meals for the group in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all the essentials, including stainless steel appliances, a walk-in pantry, and a Krups coffee maker. Dine indoors at the adjoining dining area or outdoors with the lake as your backdrop. The deck offers a nice outdoor dining area with two tables and a convenient gas grill should you want to host summertime cookouts.
Three bedrooms can be found on this level as well. The primary suite enjoys a small seating area with tree-lined views, a smart TV, a walk-in closet, and an en suite bath. Dock details: There are around 30 steps down to the lake, and the dock is around 32 ft in length.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
