This spacious 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome is located at 155 Grande Island Boulevard in the popular resort community of Gulf Highlands, and just a short walk to the beach. Gulf Highlands boasts 65 acres and offers guests tennis courts, shuffle-board courts, a mini putt-putt course, gym, 11 pools (5 heated, 1 beachfront), deeded beach access, and more! And the best part? You have 2 of your own dedicated parking spaces and no elevator! Gulf Highlands is located in the heart of Panama City Beach, close to several popular restaurants and attractions.

This beautiful 2 level townhome is quite spacious, with almost 1600 square feet of living space. The open concept floorplan allows for plenty of seating for dining or just relaxing after a long day at the beach. The kitchen has everything you need to make great meals during your stay on the gas stove. It also has a Keurig duo coffeemaker, so coffee lovers can brew a whole pot or just a cup. The living room offers guests ample, comfortable seating and a door leading out to the private patio overlooking the fenced swimming pool and children's play area. The patio features a dining table for 6, a comfortable outdoor sectional, fire pit and a gas grill. A half bathroom is also located downstairs for your convenience. Upstairs, you will find the spacious master bedroom which features a King bed, sitting area and a set of bunk beds with a private bathroom. The guest bedroom offers a Queen bed and private bath with walk-in shower. All rooms feature flat screen TVs with Xfinity cable. The washer and dryer is located upstairs as well. This unit comfortably sleeps 6.

- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.

Spring Break 2024

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely perfect place for a spring break getaway with teenagers. Community felt very safe to let them explore. There was a lot of activities to choose from. We were surprised how close the ocean was to our rental. The pictures looked farther than it actually was, just a short walk. The girls had a blast with forever memories.

We stayed 5 days and 4 nights. The property was close to everything, without being too close to the Spring Break crowd. It was comfortable and the host thought of everything. We enjoyed our stay and plan on booking again for our summer break.

Great Place!

Great location. Walking distance to restaurants and the beach. This place was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked, which is rare for some rentals. The furniture was also comfortable. We had a great stay!

Annual September family vacation

First time staying in this development. Beautiful location wonderful amenities. Only thing we had a problem with is there are home owners letting their dog off leash and letting them crap in the common areas as patio areas and not cleaning up after them. There was an owner that let his pitbull run loose and drop deuces around the pool and didnt care of anyone said anything.
