This is a totally gutted/rehabbed town home, with great river views, adjacent to Mill Point park (and the associated entertainment), its in walking distance of downtown Hampton (9 restaurant's/bars), Air & Space Museum, Hampton History Museum, Hampton Public Piers, Customs House Marina and the Historic Post Office. It's central to Williamsburg, Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Yorktown, Historic Pheobus and Ft Monroe!

All appliance, cutlery, crockery, furniture, carpet beds and bedding is new.

The property is not wheel-chair friendly due to stairs.

Property was top notch! We were in town for a two day concert. Location was awesome and the local brewery was a short walk. Would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend!!

Cozy and Great Location

We enjoyed this rental so much. It was extremely clean and comfortable with amazing views. We loved being able to walk to restaurants. Thanks for a great time!
