Casa Gio at Las Conchas - Spacious Home, Private Pool, Terrace w/ Ocean Views in Puerto Peñasco

5 Bedrooms, 4 Full Bathrooms, 2 Half Bathrooms, 2 Car Garage, and Plenty of Additional Secure Gated Parking on the Side. Same Beautiful Home, just under New Ownership; so there is a new listing.

Beautiful custom home with contemporary beach-style decorations. This house is perfect for a big group of family or friends getaway. It has amazing views of the ocean and it is only 5 - 8 minutes/200 meters walking distance from the beach. You just cross the street and walk down a path to the beach (Note: there is a sand dune which is a little steep so it is not easy to access for elderly people or very young kids) We provide a beach dolly for your picnics at the beach, it is pet friendly so feel free to bring your furry best friends along. It sleeps 16 people comfortably; all the beds have memory foam mattresses and we provide all the linens and towels for your stay.

Large spacious patio with a beautiful private pool to enjoy the views. The house also has two barbecue areas, one on the lower patio by the pool and one on the upper terrace so you can enjoy a nice meal while watching the sunset.

We provide all the essentials, coffee, coffee filters, salt, pepper, sugar, creamer, cooking oil and filtered water. The kitchen is fully equipped. All the bathrooms have all the essentials, soap, shampoo, towels, toilet paper and a hair dryer.

The family room has cable TV, Netflix, and YouTube. High-Speed Wi-Fi is available.

This vacation home is in the secure community of Las Conchas with 24-hour security guards, a 2-car garage and plenty of secure gated parking on the side for your Razr's/Side-by-Sides, RV's, and sand toys. Washer and dryer also available for your use.

Birthday celebration

We had a great time at Casa Gio, the view is beautiful and the beach is just a 2 min walk. The house has all the accommodations necessary for your stay. It was easy to getting with door code. The pool was clean. We just found some things that were not right. Like the kitchen stove doesn't have enough pressure it takes a long time to cook. Same issue with the grill outside. The bunk bed bedroom restroom has really bad mold in the shower.

Great House

This was a great home to rent it had multi bedrooms and bathrooms, All the beds were great, Everything was clean and everything you need in the kitchen. It's close enough to walk to the beach. had multi washers and dryers in garage. I think this is one of the best homes i have rented in Penasco. You won't be disappointed.

Beautiful view,very clean.Owner very responsive and congenial.Would stay here again and recommend it to anyone with a group of 10 or more. A bit far out of town and a few maintenance issues but overall a great stay.
