Updated in a breezy, coastal style, this beach home has an open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen and amazing updates throughout. There is a fully fenced-in area in the front, enclosing a wonderful lounging pool area with a kiddie pool and separate hot tub and outdoor shower. In the backyard, (Yes! A Backyard!) you have another fenced in area with a wooden play set, picnic table and ping pong table. Thinking of bringing the pup along? She'll thank you for this area for play time and bathroom breaks! (Pets considered for an extra fee).

This home is on a quiet, family-friendly street and a 5-minute walk to the expansive North Forest Beach! If you can tear yourself away from the ocean, be sure to visit the nearby restaurants and unique boutiques of Coligny Plaza or rent some bikes and explore the island on 2 wheels! Highly recommend

This property was amazing and very accommodating for our family of 13 with ages ranging from 1-66 years old. We were a 5 minute walk to the private beach. 5 minute drive or 15 min walk to the main park location. House was clean, updated, spacious, several bedrooms and bathrooms. The kids absolutely loved the pool area- there was a kiddie section attached to the larger pool. Would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!
