About this property

Valley View - In Town - Guest Suite

20 miles north of Asheville and 1 block from downtown Mars Hill. Walkable to everything our quaint town has to offer; University, coffee shop, restaurants, brewery, theater, library, greenway, visitors center etc.
Private parking for 1 car, outdoor sitting area, and a private entrance. Bringing a second car? No Problem, just let us know before arrival. Great view with awesome sunsets, and at times you will hear “Randy Rooster and Dixie Chick” at our neighbors hobby farm.
The space
Outdoor seating area, new queen bed and all amenities that a hotel would offer plus some. Easy walk to university, coffee, restaurants and shops etc.
Guest access
You will have the designated parking spot for 1 vehicle, side yard and outdoor sitting area. The room is accessed by passing through our laundry room and a small hall which will be kept private during your stay.
Other things to note
Our backyard is next to the Mayors hobby farm. He keeps chickens and roosters... at time you will hear them. If you foresee this being a problem, and want to book elsewhere, we understand and encourage you to do so.

Just as Advertised, Clean, Comfy, Lovely

Everything was lovely and comfortable. The mattress and sheets were nice, the room was spotless, the bathroom was great, the views from the window were lovely, the garden was beautiful, the hosts were friendly, and it seemed they had thought of everything you could need. There were phone chargers (for all types), well-placed outlets and lamps, brochures for the region, a map, toiletries in the bathroom, earplugs if you want them, even some snacks were provided. The place is well located right in town, easy walking to everything. It was all a very pleasant stay. Thank you Valley View!!
