Top terrace appartement in El Helal with free beach and sea
About this space
1+1 apartment in Nubian style with an amazing view on the area. The living room has a sitting corner, bar and balcony. The American kitchen has all you need, and an extra large stove. Functional bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. The beautiful bedroom, with queen-size bed of 1.60 MTR has entrance to the private top terrace, with a Nubian corner and dining table with seats. The construction gives a comfortable climate inside. Cool in summer, and warm in the winter plus A/C. Enjoy your stay!
The space
The house is divided in 6 apartments, in which I have 3 units, on the second and the third floor. It's a new building.
Guest access
The apartment is yours. You have free entrance to the sea for swimming and snorkeling. Are area has an amazing quiet reef, where even turtles, manta's and dolphins appear.
Other things to note
I have cats, so you might meet them in the stairways.

El Helal is a quiet villa area, with fancy avenues and at the sea side. We provide several supermarkets (one European), three pharmacies, and several souvenir shops. There are three restaurants close to us with continental food, alcohol, and all have take away/home delivery. It's easy to travel from here. Airport at 10 minutes drive. Walking to the authentic city of Hurghada, with lots of restaurants and shops
