The triple back deck overlooking Lee’s Ford Marina from ‘Harborview’ offers one of the best views of Lake Cumberland!

On the main level of the house, you’ll find a kitchen fully equipped with all the modern conveniences you’ll need to make your stay comfortable, an open concept dining/living room with a sleeper sofa, and a master bedroom with attached bathroom. Both the living room and master bedroom have smart TV’s. Harborview’s deck can be accessed via the living room or the master bedroom on this level!

The upper level of the house includes three bedrooms and one full bathroom. All bedrooms have Smart TV’s. Additionally, one king bedroom on the upper level has private deck access!

The basement includes a lounge area with a reclining sectional sofa and 75” Smart LCD TV, full bath, and washer/dryer. Harborview’s deck can also be accessed on this level!

Harborview is not only a stone’s throw away from one of the premier marinas on the lake, but you’ll also be minutes away from multiple boat ramps at this location. Spend your day boating, fishing, hiking, or visiting one of our many local attractions. Some of the popular local attractions include Cumberland Falls, Mill Springs Battlefield National Monument, and Haney’s Appledale Farm. Somerset also has a large selection of restaurants and several places to purchase groceries, most of which also deliver.

Perfect location!

Our extended family enjoyed the perfect location of this lake house for our lake trip. The view of the marina at night and day was breathtaking and helped our disabled Mamaw be able to feel she was AT the lake by sitting on the deck while the rest of the party was out in our boat. The king size beds and room sizes were enjoyable, as well as all of the space in the basement for blow up mattresses and a space for the kids to play. We will consider staying again in the future.

Wonderful!

Property was absolutely Excellant ...renovated with very new stuff in excellent quality. Beds was most comfy beds out of all places stayed in cumberland. Thermostat was goofy kept settings itself back to 76 and hot water tank was set on low too so we had alot cold showers. And need more intructions on when trash comes with 10 in my group we ran out of space in can but on our behalf it was already full when arriving. All in all was still Grand!!
