This large home offers beautiful views of rural Kentucky and has a large patio to relax with your family. The property is located one mile from Nancy, KY at the entrance to Pulaski County Park which offers a free boat ramp launch and a public beach. This home is only minutes (2 miles) from Lee's Ford Marina and Restaurant which has available boat dockage as well as boat and jet ski rentals.

The home boasts over 2,600 square feet of space including six bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and an eat in kitchen. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed and includes a private half bath. The other five bedrooms offer Queen Size Beds. The Great Room with cathedral ceiling includes ample seating and a 50" television with Roku for guests to access their streaming services. There is a large dining room with seating for 8 people and the eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances includes seating for 4. Free wireless internet service is available.

Bring your own boat or rent one at Lee's Ford Marina. Launch at Lee's Ford Marina (two miles away) or Pulaski County Park's public ramp which is 1/2 mile away.

The house was spacious we had room for 12 people comfortably close to beach and Lees Ford Marina kitchen was stocked with everything you need. Great patio with gas grill. Large yard for the kids to play in. An all around great place to stay.

Great spot for Lees Ford Marina

The house was spacious with a nice back yard for outside activities. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room for everyone. I’d highly recommend if you’re thinking about renting boats from lees ford. 4 min drive from the house to the marina!

We loved how close it was to Lees Ford and that there was a handy store close by. Was not used to bagging up the trash in the bathrooms. The large family area needs insulating, it gets very hot.

I normally don’t write a review but I was impressed by this house. Nice roomy 6 bedroom equipped with everything and more. It was so quite. I thought it was more secluded but the houses were spaced far enough for privacy. The 3.5 bathrooms was a plus for our party of 10. It was clean and smelled nice. There were only 2 TV’s in the house which was ok because it aloud us to be all together in one room.

The house was very nice overall. We had 10 people and there were only 7 forks. We had rainy and gloomy weather all week and needed more lighting in the dining room to play games in the evening, it was very dark. The thermostat was set at 65 on arrival. We turned it up a few times, but we were cold all week probably because of the crummy weather. We still had a good time!

Great location for large family weekend at Lake Cumberland

We had a enjoyable 4 day weekend this location. Great size rooms...comfortable beds, great kitchen and dining areas for a large group to eat and discuss their daily ventures. A big back yard to enjoy yard games or just relax on the patio with a cup of coffee to watch the sun rise. New A/C units to keep the house at very comfortable 72 degrees. The house was relocated to this location from Nancy which makes a interesting discussion item. The owner continues to make improvements to this house. The owner owns the surrounding houses which makes it easy to accommodate for a much large family than ours. I recommend this place and consider returning in future.

FLW Costa Championship

We rented this large house for six fisherman to stay for the FLW Costa Championship. This was the perfect home as we all had our own rooms and we could comfortably share the three full bathrooms. We were located near several ramps within a 15 minute drive time to get us on to Lake Cumberland. The kitchen had everything we needed to make full dinners at night. The staff were extra kind and went out of their way to accommodate us, and even made our check in extra special as it was also my honeymoon and my wife accompanied me. We were greeted with an awesome surprise to make our day extra special. From check in to check out, this was the perfect house for our stay.

House is close to the marinas! The address given dont work well on Google map!

My husband and I took our 3 adult children and their plus ones and our grandson to the lake for a family weekend trip. House has 6 bedrooms so sleeping wasnt a problem! Kitchen is pretty small but we made it work. Houses only had 9 forks so you may want to bring some with you. House was stocked on toilet paper and paper towels (which probably has been the best out of all the ones we've rented over serval year) just dont run the washer in the evening while trying to watch tv in the livingroom because its loud. Id suggest moving the washer and dryer down to the basement.

We were five senior women who chose this house because there were enough bedrooms on ground floor. However there were three entrances into the house, all with steps and not a handrail on any of them! Inside the house, there were trip hazards everywhere . . . throw rugs on carpet and quarter round framing the kitchen linoleum. The lighting was dim and working plugs were hard to find. The worst hazard was the basement steps! About three feet from where we entered, there they were . . . no gate or barrier to keep anyone from tumbling down. And no handrail! We had to go to the basement because of a tornado warning. It was extremely difficult for all of us and coming back up was worse. Unless you think the steps are only an issue for us old women, picture a family with toddlers. They're a danger for anyone. I would be surprised if this house meets building codes. I would NOT be surprised if you are sued for personal injury!

Yes, the outside does have three entrances without handrails as shown on the website, and each entrance is compliant with local regulations. We have maintenance looking into the trip hazards that you mentioned, as well as the dim lighting and plugs that do not work. A handrail to the basement steps is now in place. I know that we spoke personally following the tornado, as to when the power would be restored, but nothing further was mentioned about the unit. Nice House with a few quirks

The property is nice but there are a few things that should be noted. Driveway will only accommodate 2 trucks with trailers at most. There is only ONE bedroom with a TV. If you’re an early riser, don’t take the back 2 bedrooms…the floor creaks very loudly. I know it sounds petty but it was honestly super annoying. The main living room needs insulation, it gets very warm. Although the house has 2 AC units, the main living room gets hot. Like 20° warmer than the rest of the house. If anyone in your party is a fall risk, don’t put them in one of the 4 back bedrooms. Carpet runners galore!! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Nice backyard that is shared with the other house. Good for outdoor games and kids to play. Gas grill was definitely a plus! Overall, we enjoyed our time.
