Property is Newley built, with 1 story foreplan, relaxing backyard, safe Neighborhood in a centralized little Elm city. It is is impeccable clean, fully furnished and smoke free. Coming to the house you will not need much, just bring your toothpaste, everything else is there, except the food;)

Parking only on driveway unless you have a guest during the day on the street. Garage inside of the house is not avail. It'is locked up. No access.
