Quiet Location:
Your Condo is in one of the quietest locations. You are on the top floor as well as away from the noise of the elevators and laundry room. Due to your unique location, guests making noise when passing your front door is minimized. The soothing Ocean Surf from this 4th floor location is easily heard above normal distracting sounds. Peaceful nights without noise from weddings or parties that occur 2-4 times per week at the Beach House Restaurant.

Ease of Use:
Easy step-by-step directions for A\C, Television and Internet are contained in separate “Guest” & “A/C” small 3-ring Binders. For your cellphones and computers, a separate Charging Station area is located conveniently away from your day-to-day activities.

Well Maintained & Upgraded:
Maintenance starts with detailed Housecleaning. Our Housekeeper provides each Guest with a thoroughly cleaned Condo. She also cleans all Windows before each Guest arrives, which is not normally done by other owners. Every 3 months Doug & I live in the Condo, maintain & upgrade items. It is then rented for 3 months and the cycle repeats itself. It is treated like a Home, not just a rental. We strive to repair items before they break and to replace major items frequently. Previous Guest reviews notice and praise the cleanliness & care of the Condo.
