The home features a small office desk or chair, a couch, and a smart TV (log in using your Netflix, Amazon, or Google account). In unit washer/dryer and laundry detergent are provided. Iron and ironing board available.

Coffee, tea, fresh towels and linens, and kitchenware are provided. WiFi internet access.

Very Responsive

The property itself was quite nice—I felt very secure as a person traveling alone. I could sometimes hear noise from the adjoining side of the duplex but it was quite manageable. I had some difficulty managing the door lock at first (from inside, locking myself in) but the owner was extremely responsive by text and gave me clear instructions that worked. The next day, when I had internet problems (I was on video conferences for work all day), again the owner quickly checked into it and it worked beautifully the rest of the time I was there. I only gave the neighborhood a 4 out of 5 stars—I felt safe enough for the most part but there are some houses boarded up and abandoned nearby so I didn’t do much walking for exercise. Great coffee shop about 15 minutes walk (less than 5 minute drive) nearby: Cocoa Cinnamon Cafe. Highly recommend.
