It was a nice place, small parking lot, had to park across street, but overall, no complaints. Had a hot breakfast, hot water and soft bed.

Great place close to events and airport

The room was huge and even with five adults, we didn’t feel cramped. Breakfast was good.

Only knock is that the pool area was closed down and was not told that it was the case when booking.

The room and amenities were great. The staff had their challenges during our 2 days there, but handled them very professionally and efficiently. The challenges were mostly a result of a large group of guests and not of the establishment itself.

The staff was extremely helpful and polite! The entire hotel was spotless! Absolutely the best stay close to the airport. Parking and shuttle service. This place has it all, but no one can beat their customer service! We will be staying every time we travel out of the Nashville airport.
