The Space:

Morning light moves easily through multiple living spaces as you wake to the relaxed pace of Santa Rosa Beach. Coffee feels unhurried on a covered balcony, afternoons flow between the backyard and nearby shoreline, and evenings naturally draw everyone back together across three spacious levels designed for shared time and quiet retreats alike.



This three-story home is thoughtfully arranged for large groups who want space to spread out while staying connected. An in-home elevator links all floors, making it easy to move between bedrooms, living areas, and outdoor spaces. With three separate living rooms, there’s always room for conversation, downtime, or a change of scenery throughout the day.



Sleeping arrangements are designed with both privacy and group stays in mind. The home sleeps up to 32 guests across 10 bedrooms. Eight king suites each include an ensuite bathroom, creating comfortable personal spaces after long beach days. Two bunk rooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, sleep eight guests apiece and work well for kids, teens, or shared sleeping arrangements. A half bath on the first floor adds convenience for common areas.



Kitchen and gathering spaces

The first floor centers around a kitchen built for group meals and easy coordination. There’s ample room to cook together, gather around the dining table, and settle into the adjacent living area. Additional living spaces on the upper floors offer flexibility for different activities, including a game room with a pool table and foosball for friendly competition.



Outdoor living

Step into the backyard, where a pool and hot tub create a relaxed setting throughout the day. Pool heat is seasonal and available by request from October through May for an additional fee. A BBQ grill and outdoor seating make evenings easy after time at the beach, while covered balconies on the upper floors offer shaded places to pause and enjoy the coastal air.



Amenities and convenience

The home includes WiFi, a dedicated workspace, washer and dryer, air conditioning, heating, and self check-in with a smart lock. Beach essentials are provided for days by the water, and free parking is available on the premises. A 6-passenger golf cart is included with every reservation and requires completion of an e-sign waiver.



Location

Located along 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, the home is a short walk or golf cart ride - about five minutes - from the beach and close to Seaside and Rosemary Beach, with access to local dining, shops, and outdoor experiences throughout South Walton County.



Important notes

This is a no-pet home. Pool heat is available seasonally by request for a nightly fee from October through May. Golf cart use requires an e-sign waiver.

We offer convenient door codes for self-check-in. 850 Vacation Rentals by Portoro uses convenient keyless entry for self check-in, details provided 2 weeks (or less) prior to arrival by email and text message.



• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

- A golf cart is available at the property for guest use by our 3rd party rental partner, Destin Florida Golf Cart Rentals, LLC. You agree to complete a waiver document regarding the use and liability of the golf cart which will be completed with Destin Florida Golf Cart Rentals, LLC provided by QR code listed at the property and in your check-in details, prior to the release of the cart access activation code.
