The Space:

Each room is equipped with a fully functional kitchen, an 86” flat screen TV in Room 1 and a 46” flat screen TV in Room 2, both with Roku devices for your entertainment needs. You'll also find controllable wall AC/heat units, lightning-fast WiFi, steamers, a cozy dining area with a small table and chairs or stools, and 12 cup coffee makers to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay. Guests will enjoy exclusive access to 2 private suites at Fife Lake Lodge. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. Property amenities are on-site party store with necessities, liquor & snacks, kayak rentals during summer months (subject to availability), fire pit, yard games & shared patio. You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with exterior Ring video cameras and Noise monitor decibel measuring devices inside the unit (Please note: Devices do not have recording features).

Other Things to Note:
Book with confidence at this property, as they offer a risk-free cancellation policy allowing you to cancel up to 1 day before check-in for a full refund. However, local residents must obtain prior authorization before booking to maintain property integrity and ensure safety.

To enhance safety and security, all guests must sign a rental agreement and complete the Enso Connect verification process, which includes ID and selfie uploads. Guests will receive an online boarding pass with access instructions.

Room 2 Only: This is a pet-friendly room for non-shedding, non-aggressive dog breeds only. Pet fees will apply, and a photo of the animal is required prior to booking. No puppies, dogs must be potty trained and under 30lbs. Guests must agree to clean up after pet (indoor & outdoor; fur, food, feces, etc), keep dogs on a leash, or face potential additional fees. Subject to violate any of these terms or conditions, guest will be required to leave property with no refund of reservation. Per pet fee: $25/night

Kayaks can be used between hours of 12pm-7pm from Memorial Day to Labor Day and we require all renters to sign a Kayak Rental Waiver. At Fife Lake Lodge, enjoy the convenience of a public car/trailer parking lot nearby. Request amenities such as Pack n' Play/Travel crib & stair gate. An air mattress is available for an extra person fee ($20 per guest). Firewood is not provided.

Long Term Rentals (30 days or more) may require a security deposit.
