Entire space, guests will have access to the whole house. It is completely private. Please make yourself at home.

Please look over this prior to your arrival or if you have questions about your visit, most likely what you're looking for is here:

ARRIVING:
Please follow these directions, step-by-step, in order to get into the house and you shouldn't have a problem.

When you arrive you will see a hall on the right side. Follow the yellow security stripes and you will find a door with the number 2.
You will see a door with an electronic lock. That's your place!

PARKING:
You will park in the one all the way to the right of the house if you're looking at it.

DOOR CODE: We will send you your Door Code Access one day before your arrival.

TO ENTER: Press the CODE and after press the checkmark button.

TO CLOSE: Just close the door correctly and the lock will close automatically

CHECK-IN:
Check-in time is at 3:00 PM. Before you arrive in town, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the maid service and maintenance have been through the unit, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check-in. Due to this tight timeframe, we don’t allow early check-ins. We apologize for any inconvenience.


CHECK OUT:
Check-out is at 11:00 AM, please consent to this rule so we can get in there and get it ready for the next guest.

RULES:
Please make sure you read and agree with our House Rules.
NO SMOKING: Inside the property. $500 Fine
NO PARTIES: We don't allow parties under any circumstances, this is a residential neighborhood and we will terminate your reservation and call the police if you break this rule. $1000 Fine.

TV:
This property has 1 Smart TV there is Netflix, Hulu, and Disney +. Simply press the corresponding button on the remote for unlimited streaming of movies and TV shows. You will need to login into your account.
