The house was so beautiful and thoughtfully decorated! Every convenience was handled for us. The location was amazing - walkable to coffee and great restaurants! And the neighborhood was quiet! Loved this place! I will rent it again next time our conference comes to Atlanta! (I’m not sure why the listing shows hot tub because there is none but the do have a putting green!)

Thank you so much for the kind words! I’m so glad you enjoyed your stay and the neighborhood. I’ll double-check the listing about the hot tub — thank you for pointing that out! We’d love to host you again next time you’re in Atlanta.
My family and I traveled very far to attend my cousins graduation who survived cancer and graduated with honors! We were welcomed by Katie and Jeff with open arms, understanding and a warm, beautiful and stunning home. The process was very easy. They communicated before, during and after our stay. The home is in a prime location and all the amenities are true to the listing. The pics are great but in person this place is a true gem! We didn’t want to leave so we stayed an extra day and that process was just as easy with them! The only place I’ll book in ATL. Looking forward to my return! Thank you for everything Katie and Jeff!

We couldn’t have been happier to host Christal and her family! We had the pleasure of chatting with them several times, and Christal was incredibly kind and friendly. We’re truly grateful they chose our place. They were among the best guests we’ve ever had—leaving the space spotless and treating our home with such care and respect. We would gladly welcome them back anytime and look forward to hosting them again in the future. -Jeff & Katie

Walkable to East Lake golf course, Oakhurst & Kirkwood Villages, & East Lake Marta station. What makes this property unique
We love the historic aspect of this home with it being over 100 years old! Built in 1900, fully renovated in '22. The neighborhood is so charming... you will see moms pushing strollers, people walking dogs and folks riding bikes and running.
We live just down the street and have been here for 16 years. So we know all the neighborhood has to offer with its great walkability, restaurants, and parks. If you need any advice on where/what to do we are happy to point you in the right direction.
