What makes this property unique
—Riverhouse North is located in a mountain town, with little to no access to Uber or Lyft transportation. Having your own vehicle is advised.
--We are also in a forest fire area, so fire bans may occasionally happen. The timing of this is out of our control. This may mean not being able to use exterior fire features. We will try to let you know during your stay if there is high fire danger and what cannot be used.
—Our cabin does not have A/C, but at this elevation you don't need it! It stays much cooler at 7,800 ft and open windows at night keeps it comfortable. There are also fans to keep the air circulating.
--Events are welcome! Please inquire for details before booking.
