The Hotel Avondale was perfect for our extended family of 12 adults and one toddler to stay while in Birmingham for a family wedding. It was well stocked, has nice decor, the common areas are spacious, and it had enough bedrooms for each unit to have their own. And the location was perfect, too, as we could get everywhere we needed to go in less than 10 minutes. We would definitely stay again!

We had trouble with the oven on the first morning with it not preheating and taking two hours to bake a pan of biscuits, but the second morning it seemed to heat up like normal. So, who knows? Anyway, the photos of the house do not do it justice! It was fantastic! We enjoyed it very much and it was in a nice, safe area and so close to the venue where we were giving an engagement party (Cahaba Brewery). It was the perfect location for us!

Cutest Vrbo ever

I can’t recommend this property enough. The home itself is absolutely adorable, extremely spacious, and had everything we needed and more. The host was very quick to respond and helped us with any inquiries we had. The location is also great, as it was within walking distance to many great places.

The house and bus are a fun vacation home with great restaurants and park in walking distance. Homeless folks at the park make it a little scary for youngsters The young adults in our group really loved it

This was an exceptional place! It was truly a unique and creative space that enhanced our time spent with friends. Very roomy and spacious for seven adults and could have accommodated more.
