This mid century carriage house was built in the mid 60’s by a prominent local physician and son of Texas A&M President, Thomas Otto Walton. Remodeled and boasts mid century modern decor with flat screen tv’s. Luxury amenities include: stainless gas range, dishwasher, quartz counter tops, washer/dryer, double tile shower, and queen beds. Under 10 minutes to Texas A&M and 6 minutes to Historic Downtown Bryan.

One of the most unique properties in Bryan/College Station. This home is high design but extremely comfortable. You will want to make it your “go to” place in Aggieland. The property lies in a quiet neighborhood mid-way between Texas A&M and historic downtown Bryan. Bright, Comfortable, and Stylish.

Guests have access to two private bedrooms, a full bath with double showers, and a combined living, dining, and kitchen. The TVs have access to Hulu live and Netflix.The property also includes a full-sized washer and dryer. Private drive and parking will accommodate at least 4 cars. There is also a side yard for outdoor activities (no fenced in area). This is an accessory dwelling on the back side of a main property.

The host is available by phone or text and will often meet guests for check-in to ensure all questions are answered.

Very Nice

Property was exceptionally clean. Property management responded very quickly and was extremely friendly. The only issue we had was that their was a party going on in the house attached to the property and it was fairly loud. We raised the volume of the tv to drown it out so we could sleep. We think it may have been a Christmas party. That is not a reflection on the property management itself though. We still enjoyed it and feel like if it had not been Christmas time, it probably would not have happened. We will be back.
