Winter Family Gathering

Great place to get together with family, some of whom live in Richmond, some from out of town. Off-street parking was great. Kitchen was well-furnished, and the fridge is huge! Nice easy walks to the parks made this a great location.

Perfect for our small family over the holiday

This property was exactly as photographed. It is close to the park where the holiday fun run was happening. The beds were comfortable. The host accommodated a specific request I had, which I greatly appreciated. We would come back!

Absolutely wonderful

This property is perfect for a family! We were in town for a wedding and the property was approximately 10 minutes from the venue. Check-in was a breeze, house was clean and inviting, neighborhood was easy to navigate. We could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay. We will be staying here again when we return for family events. 10/10 would recommend

Girls weekend

We greatly enjoyed our stay and catching up. The house is as advertised and was very clean. The stairs are a little steep for someone that is older or has a young Child. The beds are all comfortable. Thanks for sharing your place with us!

Wonderful stay. This single family dwelling had most amenities including some games. Place was spotless and comfortable. Easy and timely communication with the host. Easy parking as the property has multiple parking spaces behind the house. We only had one car. Nice fenced in back yard.

Quiet neighborhood, very close to Carytown shops

The property was as described. Designated parking behind the house. The wooden gate into the backyard entry is a little heavy. The weather was nice, so the kids and I took a walk. Very short walk to Cary Street where there are lots of shops. About 2 blocks from a police station, so we felt very safe. Host was very easy to communicate with. The HVAC was broken, but we were told ahead of time and the rate adjusted. The weather was actually perfect so we didnt need heat or a/c during our stay. Close to the highway, so thst was also a plus.

family VCU weekend

We were 3 generations in town for our oldest child's art opening. The house was great, exactly as shown in the listing. Convenient location, quick access to everywhere. easy parking. Loved the large backyard and patio lights over the patio table and chair. Would definitely recommend. As a traveler with a bad back I am always interested in learning about the bed firmness so for all of my fellow travelers who might be interested here is the run down. King bed -medium, smaller room queen - very firm, larger room queen- medium, daybed - medium/soft. Something for everyone! Linens were super soft and cozy.
