Whether you're traveling for business or a bit of relaxation, you'll find a comfortable retreat at this single-story home in Phoenix. Enjoy a light-filled living space, a large and private backyard, and easy access to downtown and beautiful desert landscapes.

This home sits a few blocks north of South Mountain Park and Preserve, a 16,000-acre expanse of the Ma Ha Tauk, Gila, and Guadalupe Mountains with over 50 miles of trails for hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding. From the house, you can even hike to the top of Dobbins Lookout for a panoramic view of the valley. The heart of downtown Phoenix is just six miles north as well.

Begin each morning in the well-equipped kitchen, preparing a homemade breakfast with stainless steel appliances to enjoy at the bar counter or the dining room table. There's also a gas grill outside on the patio for sunset barbecues in the fenced backyard.

In the evenings, leave the day's clothes in the care of the washer/dryer, log onto the WiFi at the desk in the living room, or take a break from work by watching a favorite movie on cable or streaming. Each bedroom has a TV of its own as well.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
