Remodeled Apartment Home in Tempe - 2 Bedrooms

Come relax in your home away from home in our modern, comfortable apartment! Amenities include:

NOTE: we keep thermostat locked at 72 degrees in summer months to conserve energy and also prevents the AC units from being overworked!
The space
This is a triplex building with two 2-bedroom apartments on the side, along with a 4 bedroom house. Street parking is free and we also have covered parking off the alley in back. The apartment has a stackable washer and dryer inside and we provide laundry soap!!

You will have the entire apartment to yourself during your stay!
Other things to note
NO Pets
NO smoking, no littering cigarette butts, no rubbing out burning cigarette tips, no flicking cigarette ashes anywhere on property including apartment complex. Please smoke on the street.
NO parties or events
Check-in is anytime after 4 PM and checkout by 11 AM
Self-check-in with smart lock
Do not disturb neighbors
Do not burn candles, incense or any other open flames.
Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe.
Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors.
No Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm.
If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.

NOT WHAT I EXPECTED

Hello, I stayed 2 nights here at this place thinking it was going to be great the way the pictures were uploaded, but turns out to be a bust. when we arrived i had messaged the host requesting my access code. It was provided but it wasnt working. The "August" app was not working for me either. I had spoke to 3 people and not of them was Noah(the host). Those people had assisted me only to tell me that they had to lock it for me temporarily until they get this figured out. Person I was texting said it was locked, but when we returned that night the door was NOT locked. I had informed the host to ensure the house is locked because we dont wanna get robbed. They have failed to lock the apartment and make my check in very difficult. I was also scared of the fan to fall down on my above the toilet because it is barley hanging in there. The furniture is old, the little chair was wobbly, and the dry wall was already damaged when we got there. I only know that because I scoped the place out. The walls are dirty and its dusty. There were even fruit flies the entire time we were there. I should not be getting charged a $150 damage fee becauss the dry wall was already damaged. This apartment needs to be cleaned deeply before another guest stays.
