Why they chose this property

What I like most about where I live is that the neighborhood is very peaceful and the neighbors are friendly. The property is tree lined and affords a lake view in the fall and winter. There are plenty of scenic walking trails within close proximity of the property. The school system is very good and the town and all it's services, i.e. garbage, recycle, snow removal, etc. is well managed. Very close to a variety of eateries. Public transportation to NYC and shopping mall. Very Zen like area.

What makes this property unique

The property sits back off the road and it's surrounded by trees and bamboo. A little creak runs along site the home when it rains. When on the back deck you can observe any one of a number of birds that prove to be very entertaining and calming. The home is spacious and gets plenty of natural sunlight.
