Centrally located to both Downtown and East Nashville, this home is perfectly located for 5 minute Ubers to Broadway (even less to Nissan Stadium) and quick access to all the venues, restaurants and boutiques that East Nashville has to offer. With more lounges, bars and restaurants opening weekly, the East Nashville culinary scene is on the rise! Restaurant suggestions available upon request!

Shelby Park and Greenway are right across the street making this a fantastically Family Friendly stay. Guests will have walkable access to the largest green space in Nashville with baseball fields, soccer fields, a greenway, TWO golf courses and a boat ramp for river access. There is plenty of room in the carport and driveway for your boat/trailer or multiple vehicles.

One of the highlights of this home specifically is a "glam room" with great space and lighting for any groups to get ready for a night out. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, updated bathrooms and high speed internet make this a great option for comfortable long term stays as well.
