About this property

My home is nestled in a truly fabulous location! Just a leisurely stroll away, you'll find our vibrant 5 Points area. While it's a brief walk from my place (about 10 minutes, with a slight incline), the journey is part of the adventure! The area is brimming with a myriad of fantastic places to eat, drink, and enjoy live music - a personal favorite of mine is Margos. A memorable dining experience is guaranteed!

More fantastic dining options await you, just a 5-minute walk from my home. You can indulge in outstanding cuisine at Lyra, savor world-famous burgers at the Pharmacy Burger, or discover our go-to spot for incredible tacos and margaritas at Mas Tacos, among many others. Once you've secured your booking, I'll provide you with my digital guidebook, a treasure trove of local recommendations to enhance your visit.

I now live in the apartment attached to the back of the house. Previously, it was the rental unit, so reviews before April 2024 refer to that time. According to the feedback from guests, they cannot hear me, and I can only hear footsteps, which is not a problem for me. If you need anything to make your stay more comfortable, don't hesitate to reach out!

You will be pleased to know that parking won't be an issue. There is ample space available, including a dedicated off-street parking spot.

Our Honeymoon Getaway

This is a quiet, cute little place that met all our needs! We brought our pups, there was a nice fenced in backyard with room to play! We went to Margaritaville, were we met Buzz and had a fantastic time on Broadway, went to the mall for great shopping and had lots of great food!

Family Trip

The Shabby Chic was great! It was in a great neighborhood. Close to great food, and the fun stuff you want to do. Grand Ole Opry, Columbia Wine Tasting, and Broadway were a few of the things we did. The host Sandy was great! Very helpful and responsive when we needed something. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location minutes from downtown/broadway, great access to apartment from alley, if you have pets, its a perfect place for them too.

Clean, comfortable and cozy!

My friend and I enjoyed are stay for the weekend. It was very clean, comfortable and cozy. We could walk to nearby restaurants and popped into a few local funky shops. Close to the airport, convenient location. Just a short Uber ride to Broadway. It would have been helpful if we could have checked in earlier and check out later, we had to store our luggage in a locker for a few hours because our flights were in the evening and we were not able to leave our bags at the property. Other than that, I would recommend this location. It was nice and quiet, away from all the crowds and activity in downtown Nashville!

This neighborhood is located in the heart of East Nashville, making it a popular destination for visitors. It is highly walkable to some of the best restaurants and bars in East. It's also conveniently close to both Nissan Stadium and Downtown Broadway. Rideshares (5-10 minutes) are usually readily available, and you can even reach them by scooter or electric bike in about 10-15 minutes.

I have lived in this property for 7 years and have enjoyed not only the location, but also the company of some of the best neighbors ever!
