This canal front home in a quiet, upscale neighborhood provides relaxed waterfront living. Dock provides access to Tampa Bay for paddle boarding and kayaking, tubing and skiing; bring your boat and jet skis or rent them.

Our fully renovated home includes all new furniture, updated kitchen & bath, granite and stainless steel appliances. Natural light filters generously into the open floor plan. The second living room (you read that right, TWO living rooms!) opens up to the back yard oasis with your own private pool. Start your morning with a Nespresso in the fully stocked kitchen & coffee bar. Located on one side of the open floor plan, the master bedroom invites privacy. The additional two bedrooms (king bed / full bunk beds) enjoy a hallway tucked away with full bath including shower and tub. After spending the day in paradise, enjoy relaxing on the dock to watch the sunset or enjoy the shade of the palm trees in the very private, fenced side garden. Garage is spacious for storage or parking vehicles. Parking also available in the circle driveway.
