Island House Beach Resort - Siesta Key Florida - Crescent Beach. This large 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa is 1000 sq. ft. It has a large living area, dining area, full kitchen, all appliances, screened lanai. Central heat/ac, 3 tvs. Free Wi-Fi in unit! It has a king, 2 twins, sleeper sofa. this villa is just steps to the turquoise water of the Gulf of Mexico. This beautifully maintained complex is located on the widest part of Crescent Beach. This attractive complex has 2 beach cabanas, beach chairs, and a scenic beach front courtyard with shuffleboard. The complex has a large heated swimming pool as welll as a recreation room with pool, ping pong, air hockey. All furnishing, appliances, tile and carpet are updated on a continual basis. Pack your bags and come to Island House for a vacation you will never forget!

Wonderful vacation
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The villa was furnished nicely, the office staff was pleasant and the weather was perfect. Although the villa was generally clean there were crumbs under the dining room table and the coffee table which was surprising considering the additional cleaning fee.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect get away for all! I brought 2 grandkids ages 7 & 8, we spent every day at beach, pool, riding trolley to village. Then my son and wife came, went kayaking, rented bikes, went for fan boat (Punta Gorda), went to village for some great breakfasts, beach! Perfect family vacation for all ages.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our experience was very good.A few things that could be improved:- Please get someone to rake the beach on a regular basis. Other properties do this.- Please get more complete sets of glassware and plates. It's crazy that we're paying so much for so little.- The toilet in the master bedroom is broken. The water keeps running unless you jiggle the chain. We had the same problem with the same toilet last year. This needs to get addressed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our annual vacation is awesome. The grounds are very clean and the office personnel are very attentive. The Villa V13 does need a bit of TLC. It has old living furniture and the sofa bed is broken, and one of the kitchen cabinet door was also broken.
