The house is located on a residential area in Little Falls, MN overlooking the Mississippi River (waterfront backyard). Walking distance to Historic Downtown Little Falls. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms plus a 1/2 bathroom. There are a couple of bicycles and a canoe with life vests available for the guests as well as a gas grill ready to go.
