Guten tag! Welcome to Das Crow Haus! This beloved Fredericksburg vacation rental is conveniently located and loaded with charm. Enjoy morning coffee on the front porch swing or rocking chairs, or gather for dinner with the family at the outdoor dining table. The home comfortably sleeps 6 guests with a King primary suite & ensuite bath, and two secondary Queen bedrooms with a shared bath. All the bathrooms feature new, updated fixtures and plenty of character. In the full kitchen are stainless steel appliances and a unique Farmhouse kitchen sink, perfect for snack time or dinner time! Movie night, game night, or Fredericksburg's favorite, wine night are all possible in this cozy, family forward home. Outdoors is a large covered porch with a seating area AND dining table. You'll also find another full-size seating area and a gas grill under the pergola in the spacious, fully fenced backyard. Whatever your plans may be for your next getaway, it's all possible at Das Crow Haus!

There is a limit of 2 pets per reservation, not to exceed 60lbs. A $45 per pet, per night fee will apply.

​​​​​​Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Between my girlfriends and I, we have rented A LOT of vacation homes and this was all of our favorite. Clean, comfortable (maybe too comfortable bc we didn’t want to leave to explore), convenient, perfect size, had everything we needed, decorated so cute!, I could go on and on. Relaxing getaway

The house was as described and in a nice quiet neighborhood. A short drive to Main Street for shopping and about 20 minutes away from the wineries. Nice big backyard for my dog. Comfortable and cozy.

Fun in Fredericksburg

The house is in a quiet, very nice neighborhood. Very clean and well stocked. Our little pups enjoyed the fenced backyard and we enjoyed the hot tub while star gazing. Close to state park for awesome stargazing and close enough to downtown. A great base. For wine tasting in the area.

We highly recommend this peaceful and beautiful property. This place has it all, and is located in a quiet neighborhood close to town - just so many amenities! The back patio/fenced yard is large and accommodating. We are locals (in the midst of a re-plumbing job on our home), and we so appreciate Absolute Charm working closely with us on accommodations.

The house was awesome! It’s nicely decorated, super clean, supplied all necessities, and beautiful backyard. We enjoyed staying here and sipping our coffee outside. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is located pretty close to Main Street. As a suggestion, make sure water filter for refrigerator is up to date. The date on the filter was from 2022.

2024 Solar Eclipse

Das Crow Haus was perfect for our stay to visit Fredericksburg to see the April 8 Total Solar Eclipse. The property is very welcoming and quickly feels like home. The neighborhood is safe and quite, and I enjoyed walking every evening. There is a small hilltop nearby called Cross Mountain that provide a nice overlook of the area. There is also Enchanted Rock State Park that was in full bloom during out visit. Even though our rate was quadruple the average rate, that was understandable and accpetable given the circumstances.

Great Weekend!

We really had a wonderful time at Das Crow Haus! They only thing I could suggest is that the grill be replaced or the burners on the grill. We went to cook steaks one night and it only got to 250 degrees. After waiting 45min, we decided to cook them in a pan on the stove. Thank you

This house was my Nannies house before she passed. I had been wanting to stay here after it was remodeled into a B&B. It was awesome seeing some of her things still being used. Great weekend stay and felt just a little bit closer to her. Memories! The House has everything you would ever need and still feels like home. Thank you!
