Your usage exceeded 32 amps, significantly beyond the permitted capacity and not consistent with normal use. This overconsumption directly caused the interruptions you experienced and justifies the additional charges applied. For context, your electricity usage prior to this level of consumption was below 300. Regarding the elevator, the downtime schedule was communicated in advance and adhered to as stated. There was no deviation from the agreed timing. Despite accommodating your same-day reservation and extending all reasonable efforts to support your stay, you vacated the unit without notice and granted access to an unauthorized third party. This is a direct violation of property policies. Additionally, the unit was left in an unacceptable condition, and personal belongings were left behind, requiring the property manager to return and arrange retrieval. These matters are formally recorded as violations of the agreed terms.
