This beautiful beachfront, three-bedroom, three-bath condominium at the Villa Capriani Resort features all the amenities that will make your vacation memorable, relaxing, and special.

The property features a large, tile foyer to shake off the sand from a long day at the beach or store the kid's toys.

The huge master bedroom includes a King bed overlooking the condo's beautiful pool area. AND beach view through a large picture window. A TV, private bath, plus a full-sized, fold-out sleeper couch and lounging area give you all the room you need to comfortably relax.

The second master sports a large King bed, private bath, and direct ocean view PLUS direct access to the condo's beachfront balcony; which makes choosing the master bedroom a difficult one!

The 3rd bedroom includes 2 bunk beds that sleep 4 (twin over twin)! Direct balcony access rounds out this awesome space and is a perfect place for the kids.

In the kitchen and living room; the nicely-decorated, open floor plan leaves plenty of space to spread out but facilitates a relaxing environment that invites you to visit and catch up. The condo is equipped with a full kitchen, bar area & 6-place table for meal time.

A flat-screen TV with cable is included in a living area that has plenty of comfy couches & chairs. There is direct balcony access right from the living room, making the morning cup of coffee, or evening drink all the more enjoyable.

Villa Capriani is a family-friendly resort that offers tennis courts, four pools, two hot tubs, a pool/ oceanfront snack bar, waterfalls, a restaurant, and a lounge.

The grounds are beautifully kept, making the (ridiculously!) short walk to the beach or poolside all the more enjoyable. Topsail Island is the perfect getaway. There are tons to do on those rainy days because you won't want to leave the beach on the sunny ones!

Beautiful Wilmington is a scant 40 miles south with plenty of things to do like Museums, Battleship North Carolina, Fort Fisher Aquarium, & Restaurants! Perfect to check out on a rainy down day.

Magnificent view but overpriced

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. However, for the price, it wasn’t exactly what we were hoping for and we would likely opt to stay somewhere else next time. The unit was clean and appeared exactly as it looked in the photos, but the vinyl floors of the unit are wobbly and uneven - coming unglued from the subfloor. Not a huge deal but it did make it feel cheap and poorly constructed, especially for the price. The View is fantastic from the balcony and we really enjoyed it, but because this is a condo complex, you do have to than leave the condo and go through the pool area to actually get down to the beach. It would’ve been about the same experience to stay in one of the cheaper units towards the rear of the property with the same access to the beach and a view from their balconies. Also, worth noting is there is very little parking near the building and you have to park across the main road. Parking permits and pool passes are provided so that’s great but our instructions were a bit confusing about how many we were supposed to have (we had less in the bag) and there were threats of significant financial fines in the check in documentation, if any were not returned. We checked with the property manager and they were responsive and let us know that we had the right amount so they was nothing to be concerned with. There is a wonderful restaurant on site, but it’s the only restaurant on North topsail, so the wait for a family of 5 was two hours when we arrived at 6pm.
