About this property

This beautiful deluxe ground floor unit has been fully renovated with beautiful features, furnishings and decor throughout! The oversize patio is situated overlooking the Lagoon Pool that is heated during the winter and the unit is just a short stroll to the Oceanside Pool and private, community beach access. The stunning kitchen features all stainless appliances, beautiful cabinetry with ample storage and a large kitchen island with seating for six. The living room is comfortably furnished, has a large screen TV and direct access to the patio. The primary bedroom also offers direct access to the patio, has a King bed, TV and beautiful en suite bathroom with a tiled shower. The second bedroom has Twin beds. The third bedroom has a Queen bed, a private patio and shares a hall bath with a shower/tub combo with the second bedroom. Other features include; ceiling fans and tiled flooring throughout, fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs, charcoal grill and linens and towels. Just bring your beach towels and fun in the sun attitude! Walk, bike or short drive to many restaurants and shopping. Five minutes to the award winning St. Augustine Amphitheatre offering year round world class music acts and just 10 minutes to historic downtown St. Augustine.

A true home away from home.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved Unit 79! It has recently been completely remodeled. It's beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked and has new full sized appliances. The patio also has nice comfortable furniture. Paul, Shawn and Kelly at Resort Rentals are a pleasure to work with. We enjoyed our 2 month stay and have reserved it for next winter.

Xmas break

Great condo, beautifully renovated with plenty of storage space. Beds are very comfortable. The condo needs more kitchen dishes. We were family of 5 and had to run dishwasher after couple meals.

Adorable condo

This was a great condo and very clean. My only reason for giving it only 4 stars was I thought it could have furnished a few more staples. We had to go buy things like garbage bags, paper products, etc. we were flying so we couldn't take anything left over when we left so we just gave it away. I would recommend this rental to others.

Fall Break Getaway

We had a great time! The condo was great - large, clean, steps away from the heated pool. The only reason I gave 4 overall stars instead of 5 was the lack of kitchenware - larger bowls etc.
