Ocean Villas #108 is a beautiful third floor 3 bedroom 2 bath unit conveniently located steps from the elevator. The spacious balcony offers a beautiful view of the lagoon and one of the two pools onsite. Rest your head on a king size bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in the second bedroom, twin beds in the third bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living area which will allow up to 8 people to sleep comfortably. This bright and beachy unit is covered with tile and laminate flooring which presents a fresh feel the minute you walk in. Gated Beach access allows for instant access to the beach. Also, enjoy the convenience of being close to local shops and restaurants and approximately 12 from beautiful downtown Saint Augustine.

Great spot near St. Augustine

This was my fourth stay in Ocean Villas, and this particular condo was in the best condition. Looking forward to returning in the future.

Great location

Property was great! It was walking distance to the beach but still close to the downtown area. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. My only 'complaint' was that the dumpster was overflowing with garbage all over the ground. It was the first thing we saw when turning into the development. We did stay during New Year's so I'm not sure if pickup was delayed because of the holiday. Outside of that, everything else was perfect. Would def stay again!

We were very please with condo. The kitchen was well equipped . The beds very comfortable. The location was just off the beach . Great beach to walk on!
