If you are looking for a home with Lake Tahoe access on the Nevada side it doesn't get any better than Marla Bay. Located on the East Shore of Lake Tahoe; this quaint Lakefront community has a huge private homeowners beach and buoy field. This remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bath home features a private backyard, 2 car carport, and a large deck with hot tub. The large deck is located off the upstairs master bedroom and offers Lake Tahoe views and the best sunsets you could imagine. Permit #DSTR1107P
