The room overall was good. The kitchen appliances worked and basic amenities were there. The shower consistently had hot water which was great after being at Jazz Fest all day. The bathrooms need some TLC. Paint chipping and water damage but overall clean when we checked in. The beds were comfortable. 5 stars for the front desk team. It was a busy two weeks for them with the Jazz and Heritage Festival. Overall price was OK, but a little too far into the warehouse district for what we wanted to see. I'd recommend the 2 bedroom suite for 2-4 people preferable couples and the beds are two kings. The pull out couch did not look comfortable and wouldn't recommend using that.
Good location, short drive to local attractions. The property was well maintained. The room was functional and comfy, very affordable, the staff was welcoming
Everything was nice and beautiful, I would love to come back and visit with family and friends. WiFi just was poor and the tv kept going out but everything else was good. Staff on duty was so nice and helpful
Room and facility were fine. Customer service from staff definitely needs improvement. I was ignored every time I approached the front desk. I just stood there while staff continued personal conversations. I was never addressed until I interrupted. This happened multiple times with different front desk staff. I will probably try a different place next time in NOLA.
This is not a place for someone who has mobility issues. The living room/kitchen area has 3 steps to go up and down from the hall into the living/kitchen. If you spend enough time inside the apartment, that can be quite difficult. There is no food truck. The neighborhood is not a place I would want to be staying overnight. The valet parking is quite expensive per day, though, it is necessary because parking is not easy. After doing a couple excursions, we spent most of our time in the room and wifi was out most of the day and it was never fixed. Personally, I would not spend the money on this place.
