About this property

Situated @ the culinary capital of the Philippines, Roswel is the only place in Angeles with a tree house & a full-sized volleyball court with 3-on-3 basketball. It was built for endless recreational fun and is ideal for family or group gatherings which can be held in the alfresco dining.

Add'l guests must be disclosed prior to any small event & are charged @ P500 per pax.

For stays longer than a week:
* Cleaning fee of P500 shall be charged per request;
* Beddings and towels shall be replaced weekly;
* There is a nearby laundromat for your laundry needs;
* Roswel's court & garden is maintained clean & green (weed-free too) by our staff on a daily basis.

I love entertaining guests that's why I wanted to host which is totally different from my career as a public CPA practitioner. My husband and 5 amazing kids are my source of inspiration for all my hard work. I started to love plants during pandemic. Most plants you see in our garden were planted, watered and trimmed by me for at least 2 years. I am overjoyed at how they flourished and provided the surrounding greens @ Roswel. To my guests, I may not be always around to personally greet you but I will send someone to assist you.

Why they chose this property

This is the area where I grew up. I am deeply connected to the property since this is my father's portion of his inheritance which he gave to me eventually. Our main attraction is the tree house which is a dream come true for me. We live in an urban place now, and it feels good to go back to my roots and enjoy rural life every weekend.
