Explore the city all day and night, and then continue the Nashville themed fun in this show-stopping space!

Layout:
First (Lower) Level - common area with two queen beds, walk out covered patio, and en suite bathroom, with one sink and a walk-in shower. There is also a powder room in the staircase leading up to the main level.

Second (Main) Level - foyer entrance, kitchen, living room, balcony with dining table.

Third Level - laundry room, powder room, a king bedroom, a bedroom with full over full bunk bed, a bedroom with a queen bed, and a shared Jack and Jill bathroom between two of the bedrooms with a tub/shower combo. The primary bedroom is also on this level with a king bed, and en suite bathroom, with a walk-in shower and two sinks.

Please note: a Ring camera system is in place and active at this property. Cameras are located only on the exterior of the home and are utilized solely for safety and security purposes.

Parking: 
There is space for two cars parked outside of the garage. Please do not block the neighboring driveway.

Neighborhood:
This stunning home is 4 minutes from Top Golf, 6 minutes from Nissan Stadium, 7 minutes to the amazing restaurants of Germantown and only 3 from Downtown! Located near so many vibrant East Nashville communities, businesses, and restaurants, you'll have the heart of its charm right at your fingertips! Nashville is truly at your fingertips in this gorgeous rental! 

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.

Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.

Refund Policy:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.

Please check your spam inbox for this email, and contact Safely at Concierge at Safely dot com or go to Safely dot com, if you have any questions. Additionally, I agree that the rental agreement must be signed and Safely guest screening must be completed within 3 days, otherwise my stay will be cancelled.
