PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES)
• You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep. Please note this is a newly constructed home on a brand-new road that may not be findable on GPS. Companies may have issues finding this address.
• If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the doorstep.
• For extra security, you may wish to send the packages to our Master Vacation Homes office for pick-up before and during your stay for a small fee. Please let us know and we'll provide you the address!


WHAT'S INCLUDED:
The following starter supplies are provided in the unit
*We provide linens that are already professionally made and on bed waiting for you to rest after a fun filled day in Florida.
*Two bath towels, two hand towels and two washcloths in each bathroom.
*Starter supply of toilet paper in every bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 garbage bags, every shower has shampoo/conditioner and body wash, hand soap at every sink. Please bring more if needed. No other supplies will be provided. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

FOOD:
As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in.

POOL HEATER:
Please note the pool heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near 65F and below temperatures. No reimbursements or refunds provided for pool heat. **Heating of pool & hot tub is available for $40/day with a minimum of 3 days. Must be for duration of the stay

GRILL: Gas grill available (Fill your own gas, a propane tank is available for your convenience). No charcoal use in gas grill. Cleaning the grill after use is your responsibility. If it's not cleaned, we will charge a $30 cleaning fee. We don't charge to use the grill, please help us keep it clean and moving forward for next guests. Thank You.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please place trash in front of curb. Must be in closed bags or it will not be picked up or you may put trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home. Community may fine you if trash is not in closed.
